The kitchen facilities were excellent, with plenty of refrigerators and utensils available. the staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay more comfortable. the location was fantastic, being close to public transport and within walking distance of the city center.

The reception and dining area were not very cozy and could use an upgrade. the noise from the street was quite noticeable, although using earplugs helped.

I stayed at Ashfield for 3 nights and had a great experience. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, providing maps and recommendations. The facilities were clean and the beds were comfortable, with under-bed storage and charging stations. The hostel also offered a basic breakfast and had no curfew. The location was perfect, within walking distance of restaurants, pubs, and landmarks. I would definitely stay here again.

The location of the hostel was amazing! It was right in the heart of the city, surrounded by pubs, restaurants, and attractions. We didn't have to go far to experience the best of the city. Plus, there were convenient stores and coffee shops just a few steps away, making it easy to grab snacks or a quick cup of coffee.

The dim lighting made it a bit difficult to see properly, especially when getting ready in the mornings. the shower lacked water pressure and the heating was inconsistent, which was a bit inconvenient.

The customer service at the hostel was excellent. the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the beds were really comfortable and the rooms were clean. the location was fantastic, with easy access to public transport and the city center.

The rooms were not soundproof at all, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. there was a bad smell in the common area downstairs, which was quite off-putting.

I really got my money's worth at Ashfield. The room was basic but good, and having a twin room in a hostel was a great bonus. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city. Plus, the staff was super nice and accommodating.

The hotel breakfast menu could use a little improvement, especially for those with dietary restrictions.
